I have been involved in the Manchester property market for a number of years now, having moved to the city from Staffordshire. The market here is robust and more buoyant than most British cities outside of London.
I look at properties from a Landlords perspective. If I was a Landlord ‘I would like to know my fixed cost, that the inspections are carried out on the properties, the rent is paid to me on time and lastly but more importantly that the tenants are professional private tenants’.
